My Story

Hello! My name is Rosalie Baxter. I'm a mother of four, a nana to five of the cutest grandkids ever, and a wife of 30 years. I'm originally from Arkansas but have lived all over the country until Michigan became our forever home in 2007.

Music is my passion, I have been singing and playing since my youth and have been teaching piano for over 25 years. I am devoted to spreading the joy of music to people of all ages.

Sonata Piano Studios

Sonata Piano Studios was established in 2015 as the official name for my business. This logo was created by my two youngest children, who worked together to give my business a look that will stand out. Currently, Sonata Piano Studios is a home studio with a total of three pianos!
